Our standards

Ethics, anti-bribery & modern slavery.

The standards we hold ourselves and our partners to.

Anti-bribery and corruption

We have a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, consistent with the Bribery Act 2010. We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes or improper payments, including facilitation payments, in the UK or overseas. We carry out proportionate due diligence on partners, agents and intermediaries, particularly in international trade.

Modern slavery and human trafficking

We are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. We work with established, licensed partners. We expect our suppliers to meet the standards of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and to apply the same expectations to their own suppliers.

TTS Worldwide is below the turnover threshold for a mandatory statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this summary voluntarily.

Responsible sourcing

  • We source medicines only through legitimate, licensed channels.
  • We verify the authorisations of suppliers and customers before trading.
  • We report suspected falsified, diverted or stolen medicines to the MHRA.
