Quality & compliance
Clear lines of responsibility.
Regulation exists to protect patients and consumers. We work within it, and we are open about what we do, what our clients do and what licensed third parties do.
Our regulatory position
How we operate.
In the UK, manufacturing, importing, wholesale dealing, brokering, storage and distribution of medicines need authorisation from the MHRA.
Our current position. TTS Worldwide Limited provides market-entry, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance services. It does not currently hold its own MHRA wholesale dealer's licence or manufacturer's licence. Licensed activities connected with our work are carried out by third-party licence holders, under their own licences and quality systems. Where we arrange access for a client, the client's UK entity contracts with the licence holder directly.
For every programme and transaction we:
- name the licence holder responsible for each regulated activity
- give that holder's licence number so it can be checked on the MHRA's public register
- document who is responsible for what in written technical and quality agreements
- keep records of the suppliers, customers and documents involved
Our quality commitments
What you can expect from us.
These commitments apply to everyone we work with: clients, licence holders, suppliers and customers.
Verified licence holders
We work only with manufacturers and wholesalers whose authorisations we have checked on the relevant public register and keep under review.
Verified customers
Medicines go only to customers authorised to receive them. Their status is checked before any account is opened.
Good Distribution Practice
Storage and transport, including temperature-controlled products, are handled by licensed partners operating to GDP, under Responsible Person oversight.
Traceable documentation
We keep clear records of product origin, ownership and movement so that any batch can be traced.
Protecting the supply chain
We source only through legitimate, licensed channels and report suspected falsified or diverted medicines to the MHRA.
Responsible communication
We do not promote prescription-only medicines to the public. Product information is shared only with verified healthcare and trade professionals.
Licences & registrations
Verify every licence.
We encourage clients and partners to check every licence independently on the MHRA's public registers.

Confidentiality & conflicts
Your information is used for your project only.
TTS Worldwide provides market-entry services to manufacturers and also runs its own trading divisions. We manage that openly.
- NDA as standard. Every services engagement starts with a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
- Conflict check before we start. We compare your product list with our trading activity and disclose any overlap in writing before you commit.
- Separation. Client dossiers, supplier details, pricing and launch plans are held separately, with restricted access. They are never used by our trading divisions.
- Your choice. Distribution or supply support after your licence is granted is offered as an option under a separate agreement, never as a condition of our services.
Nutraceuticals
Food law, applied properly.
Our nutraceutical division trades food supplements as a food business operator under UK food law. In the EU it supplies through an EU-established food business operator.
Permitted ingredients
Vitamin and mineral forms and levels checked against the rules for each market, and novel food status confirmed for every ingredient.
Authorised claims only
Only nutrition and health claims on the GB or EU registers. No medicinal claims.
Tested and traceable
Specifications, certificates of analysis and batch traceability from manufacturer to customer.
Safety
Reporting a safety concern.
If you suspect a side effect or a problem with a medicine, please report it to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme. Please also tell the marketing authorisation holder named on the packaging or leaflet.
If you have concerns about a product connected with TTS Worldwide, including suspected falsified or diverted medicines, email info@ttsworldwide.com with "Quality concern" in the subject line. We will pass it on to the responsible licence holder.
For medical advice, please speak to a pharmacist, your GP or NHS 111. We cannot give medical advice.
